Typically we ship by air within 3 days after order processing. We ship through reputed shipping companies to avoid any hassles or delays, generally it is delivered within a week, however, we advice estimated delivery time as per the best information available to us through shipping agencies. We can not guarantee the exact delivery time.

In case of 'Cash On Delivery' if all the delivery attempts are failed because of customer's fault the advance COD service fee paid by the customer would not be refunded as it is charged by the shipping agency.

International customers are responsible for paying any custom duties or any local taxes or charges applicable in shipping upon delivering the product at destination. The seller is not liable for shipping expenses if the customer fail to receive the package because of their own negligence or because of no payment of import taxes or custom duties.

Small accessories within India are shipped by Speed Post services of India Post as it provides highly reliable and efficient service for small packages. There may be shipping charges applicable for remote areas within India. Dispatch of custom made frames may take little longer.

We offer a customer friendly return policy. Products may be returned for up to 7 calendar days after date of receipt. No charges will be applicable to the customers in case of any fault in the Product, free replacement will be given for a particular part. In all other cases Such product will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products must be in same condition and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs and custom duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Please contact us before returning the product. Be sure to secure return shipment as we cannot be responsible for damage during shipment. Returns are not applicable for custom made multi valve mount aluminium stand as it is made by order.
